Background and aim: most women enter pregnancy period in apparent good health and achieve a normal pregnancy, and birth without complications. For a few women, however, suffer in the course of the pregnancy for reasons that are usually unclear antenatal care aims at preventing complications. The study aims to utilize health care services for pregnant women in primary health centers.
Materials and method: a cross sectional study was conducted and adopted in Al - Quds and Al – Hadbaa' primary health care centers, the data started to be gathered from 1st of September 2010 - 10th March 2011. To achieve the adjectives of the study, Accidently sample consist from (400) pregnant women were selected, the data were collected through using constructed checklistwhich consist from four parts ,the first is dealing with the pregnant information registration that include (5 item) , the second part is related to laboratory test which consist of (12 item), while the third part is about health education which include (13 items) and finally the last part is dealing with high risk problem that consist of (8 items). The validity and reliability test was done to ensure the consistency of study tool which the correlation coefficient is (86.4) with standard deviation about ( 0.43).
Results: the results of the study indicated the health services that introduce to pregnant women who attending to primary health care centers is applied in these centers ,the implementation of chart is highly performance with some variance of some result that related to investigation property and availability, finally the differences between two centers show significance by the health education in dealing with risk factor.
Conclusion: the present study concluded that there is a good implementing almost all aspects of the pregnant women health services management.
Recommendation: the researcher can conclude that the utilization of the pregnant women chart and application in strict way had the high impact on preventing pre and antenatal problem in pregnancy and training practice on it.

Background and Objective: Stress is a psychological state of fatigue or physical fatigue affects an individual in response to psychological pressure or unexpected real life. Stress can be short-term or longterm, Feeling stressed is common during pregnancy, but too much stress can make a pregnant woman uncomfortable. Stress can make trouble sleeping, headaches, loss of appetite or overeating. Some studies show that high levels of stress in pregnancy may cause certain problems during childhood. The purpose of this study was to assess the psychological distress among pregnant women's in Kirkuk city, as well as to find a relationship between psychological distress and some socio- demographic characteristics such as (No. of children, socioeconomic status, pregnancy stage, woman's age). Material and Method: A descriptive study was carried out in gynecological consultation at hospitals
(Azadi teaching, general Kirkuk) in Kirkuk city, to assess the psychological distress in pregnant women for a period from the 15th of June 2013 and up to the 25th of November, 2013 to achieve the objectives of the study. A probability (purposive) sample of (120) pregnant women's. Developed questionnaire was constructed for the purpose of the study, which consisted of three parts: the demographic characteristics; medical data and assessment psychological distress among pregnant women. The data were collected through the use of the interview. They were analyzed through the application of descriptive statistical analysis (frequency , percentage) and inferential statistical (chi-square) . Results: The findings of the study indicated that (35%) were in the age group ( 22-26), and (85%) were from the urban, (30.84%) of the sample were graduate from Institute and above, (70%) of them housewife , (65.83 %) of the sample had barely sufficient monthly income. Regarding to the medical data finding of the study indicated that (57.5%) of them in the 3rd trimester , the Miscarriage in the whole
study represented (75.83%) is null, (29.17) have null children, (55.83%) overweight, (94.17%) no smoking, (88.33%) have no history of chronic disease ,(79.1%) have no pregnancy induced hypertension ,(98.23%) have no pregnancy induced diabetic mellitus. Conclusions: The psychological distress in the study sample was founded in the third Trimester and founds a Significant relationship between Pregnancy Stage and Psychological Distress. Also founds a Significant relationship between socioeconomic status and Psychological Distress. As the study

Pregnant Revisions Information Center for Maternal and Child Welfare in the Baghdad City about Benefit of Colostrum toward the New Born Baby

Background and aim: The first food for the baby after birth is colostrums. Therefore, the study aims to lays the importance of research in the identification information on the pregnant mother to the importance of colostrum, which is the first vaccine for her baby, which shields them from more than 28 diseases. aterials and method: purposive sample study included 150 pregnant mothers who visiting the center of maternity and child care in the Sheikh Omar and care center in Al- Elwya Teaching Hospital, and Baghdad Teaching Hospital where the sample collected way Randomly and interview style dish and apply the
Questionnaire form designed for this purpose based on scientific sources and previous studies for the period from 8/11/2011 to 15/1/2012. The validity through a panel review of experts. Data were analyzed using frequency distribution and percentage. Results : the results show that 96% of respondents are housewives, while the proportion of female employees make up only 4%.Accounted pregnant women at the first time revisions ratio of 24% of respondents while the percentage delivered women, the 76%. As for the place of birth for the delivered women only figure was 38% for the birth of the house as well as the same percentage for the birth of the hospital. Conclusion: The study that breastfeeding is the best source of nutrition for a healthy term infant. Human milk is human specific and contains nutrients that are essential for the proper growth and development of the newborn. For more, breast milk is beneficial to both infant and mother.
